Vegan Rainbow Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our Vegan Rainbow Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with unbleached all purpose flour, apple puree, vegan butter, vanilla extract, brown sugar, cane sugar,  and vegan chocolate chips.  
 
All ingredients are 100% vegan, no-dairy, non-GMO, NO added salt. The gluten-free option is made using Bob's Red Mill Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour.
 
If kept refrigerated, the cookies remain fresh for 3 weeks. Cookies can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
